Equity in Education

Become an EiE Fellow

We invest in Atlanta’s emerging leaders so they can create systems-level impact

The Equity in Education (EiE) Candidate Training Fellowship is designed to invest in Atlanta’s emerging leaders by helping them develop the mechanics, knowledge and skills to run, staff and resource a winning campaign for the APS Board of Education.

This cohort-based experience will inspire and empower fellows to launch their 2023 campaigns with EiE helping them every step of the way—even beyond their election.

Keedar 2022 EiE Fellow

Our fellows run for office

In our inaugural 2022 cohort, 75% of our fellows ran for office. Five fellows ran for APS Board of Education and three ran for city-wide office. This isn’t a fellowship just to learn. This is a journey in going from knowledge to action.
